Five generations of one tent

The Cold Mountain line started in 2003 and has been refined ever since. The seventh-series build is the current step: same silhouette, better poles, better coatings.

Frame

7001 alloy, crossed poles

7001 is the stiff end of tent-pole aluminium. Crossed over the top, the tent stands on its own before a single peg goes in — useful on rock, gravel or a tent platform.

Weather

Low profile, PU2000 over PU4000

The streamlined shape gives wind less to push against — tested to force 7. PU2000 mm on the fly, PU4000 mm on the floor, so ground water stays under you rather than in with you.

Double wall

Two layers, and the gap between them

A separate inner and fly is what keeps condensation off your sleeping bag. Vents at the top of both, front and back, keep air moving through rather than sitting still.

Room to sit up and sort your kit

130 cm at the peak with near-vertical walls, so two people and their packs fit without anyone lying in the wet edge.

一顶帐篷的五代

冷山系列从 2003 年做到现在。七系是当下这一代：轮廓没变，杆子和涂层都更好了。

架杆

7001 铝合金交叉杆

7001 是帐杆铝材里偏硬的一档。交叉搭接，不打地钉也能自立——岩面、砂地、木平台都好用。

天气

低风阻外形，2000 配 4000

流线型设计让风无处着力，实测抱7级风。外帐 PU2000mm、帐底 PU4000mm，地面潮气和积水隔在外面。

双层

两层布，以及中间那层空气

内外帐分离才能把冷凝水挡在睡袋外面。前后顶部各一个透气窗，形成对流而不是死气。

内部

坐得直，乜得开装备

顶高 130cm，侧墙接近垂直，两人加背包不用有人躺在潮边上。
